JackPalermo(02:07):I'm so sad.

BrendanKing(02:09):After millions and millions andmillions and millions and millions in ticket sales, Adele postpones herresidency on the strip. What?

JackPalermo(02:18):She's upset. She's very upset.Half of her team came down with COVID.

BrendanKing(02:24):I love that they put in quotesto you in the paper. "I'm sorry, my show ain't ready."

JackPalermo(02:28):It's not.

DeniseTipton(02:28):You got to say it in the Cockneyaccent.

BrendanKing(02:30):I can't do it. [crosstalk00:02:31]

JackPalermo(02:31):I can't do any accents, butTicketmaster's offering refunds.

BrendanKing(02:34):There she is, look, see, "Alldates rescheduled," she was pretty sad actually. [crosstalk 00:02:38] Idon't know if it's because she cut herself with her nails or if that wasbecause she postponed, but-

JackPalermo(02:42):It's nails are off.

BrendanKing(02:43):Yeah. Love her nails [crosstalk00:02:45]. But yeah, we even had a friend that was choreographing the show, butshe did get that done, didn't she?

CarolineLauzon(02:50):Yeah, she sure did.

BrendanKing(02:51):She did, which is prettyawesome. But unfortunately-

CarolineLauzon(02:54):Very proud of her.

BrendanKing(02:54):... it's delayed. What else isgoing on with this?

JackPalermo(02:56):Passed on. Ticketmaster'soffering refunds beginning Thursday through 30 days with new dates to beannounced as soon as possible.

BrendanKing(03:03):Yeah. Darn. And it was tens ofmillions of dollars in tickets sales.

JackPalermo(03:07):Right. But you know, what'scool?

BrendanKing(03:09):What's that?

JackPalermo (03:09):Guess who's taken her place?

BrendanKing (03:11):Who's that?

JackPalermo (03:11):Mr. Keith Urban. [crosstalk00:03:13] Keith Urban-

BrendanKing (03:15):Honestly like the nicest guy inmusic.

JackPalermo (03:16):He's been rocking. He's beenrocking The Colosseum for some time now too. He's rocking on.

BrendanKing (03:20):I've heard that he's one of thebest guitar players on the planet. [crosstalk 00:03:24] Literally him and BradPaisley, I think are neck and neck for being the best guitar players.[crosstalk 00:03:30] Didn't know that till recently.

JackPalermo (03:35):And you?

BrendanKing (03:35):Yeah.

DeniseTipton (03:35):Brandon. Yep.

BrendanKing (03:35):(singing) I think I know one-

JackPalermo (03:36):His chords are good.

BrendanKing (03:37):I know one song G-A-C, I think,nah, I don't even know. It's actually my wedding song. So corny. It's so corny.[crosstalk 00:03:44]

JackPalermo (03:44):Oh great. That's sad. That'ssad.

BrendanKing (03:46):Don't ask me to sing it.

JackPalermo (03:47):I don't want to. Anyway, whatelse is going on?

BrendanKing (03:49):So Denise, I know you're excitedabout this.

DeniseTipton (03:54):What else is going on, are youkidding? (singing) Bad Bunny. Huge, huge star. Reggaeton star. If you guysdon't know him, get on Spotify because guess what? According to Spotify, he hasbeen for the second year in a row, he's been the most listened to artist. So here'sthe deal guys. He's coming to Allegiant Stadium along with Alesso, his tourday's September 23rd. We don't have an announcement yet of when tickets aregoing to go on sale, but they're going to sell out. I'm going to say two and ahalf minutes, it's going to go.

David (04:22):For sure.

DeniseTipton(04:23):It's going to go.

BrendanKing(04:24):Yeah. And Bad Bunny, I have toadmit, I don't know the music. Anybody else?

JackPalermo(04:29):No.

BrendanKing(04:29):Yeah.

DeniseTipton(04:30):I see. Love him. Love him. Hedoes a lot of co labs.

BrendanKing(04:32):That's awesome. Yeah. That's thebest part about Vegas. We literally just said Adele, then we said Keith Urbanand then Bad Bunny, all in one conversation. Like that's Vegas in a nutshell,is the fact that we could say all of them. And then we add this in the mix.

JackPalermo(04:46):Speaking of music. Like I saidlast week, the When We Were Young Festival has added a second and third day.

BrendanKing(04:53):So wait, wait, we have torewind. Jack was right.

JackPalermo(04:56):I was right. I was right.

BrendanKing(04:57):So this was a one day festivalwith 65 bands and Jack was like, "There is no way they're going to getthis done in one day."

JackPalermo(05:04):So here's what's crazy aboutthis. So they added a second and third day, but all 65 bands are slated to playall three days. So it's still kind of a-

BrendanKing(05:13):So it's still 65 bands in oneday-

DeniseTipton(05:13):Find a lot of stages.

BrendanKing(05:15):... three days of 65 bands aday.

JackPalermo(05:18):Three stages.

DeniseTipton(05:18):Three stages, that's it?

JackPalermo(05:19):And I mean, if they do it, ifyou want to get everybody in, you're talking like 15 to 30 minutes a band. So,which is kind of crazy. So.

DeniseTipton(05:19):Wow.

BrendanKing(05:30):And Maya's made an appearancetoday on the show.

CarolineLauzon(05:32):My little assistant over here.

BrendanKing(05:34):Say hi, Maya.

CarolineLauzon(05:35):[foreign language 00:05:35]

BrendanKing(05:38):So yeah, When We Were YoungFestival add second and third day. We will record this as the day that Jack wasright.

David (05:45):Yeah.

JackPalermo(05:46):Yes.

BrendanKing(05:46):Along with others. But thisone's officially in the records. In the records.

JackPalermo(05:51):I'm officially right. Nobody cansay I was wrong.

BrendanKing(05:51):So a while back we did mentionLost Spirits Distillery and it looked amazing. And I guess they agree. Theworld's top distillery experience is Lost Spirits Distillery. So we hear. Soyeah, it's the size of a football field.

JackPalermo(06:09):Sure is.

BrendanKing(06:09):And has a ton of differentexperiences. What kind of experiences do they have?

JackPalermo(06:14):So it's located in AREA 15. Theyhave one called the Ex Machina, which is a couple different rooms-

DeniseTipton(06:22):[Ex Machida 00:06:22]. I'm goingto correct you. Sorry, Jacko.

JackPalermo(06:23):Oh, sorry. Thank you. At 114.5proof. They have the 20,000 Leagues Under The Sea, which is a couple ofcocktails on the submarine that they have. A 102 proof. [crosstalk 00:06:35].Cherry Bounce is also another tasting served in the Dorian Grey room locatednear the submarine docks.

BrendanKing(06:41):So the cool thing is you can goone time, have one experience and go another time and have a completelydifferent experience.

DeniseTipton(06:47):That's so cool.

JackPalermo(06:47):Navy Style Rum tasting at 122proof is going to be served in the English Parlor and Candle Lit Forest.

BrendanKing(06:53):The smart part about that isthey know they're going to get four sales out of you if you have fun, becauseyou're going to be, "Next time. Let's do the 20,000, Leagues Under TheSea." [crosstalk 00:07:01] So supposedly this experience is amazing. Youalso have a tasting menu, 15 course tasting menu that is actually going for$240 per person, which if you've ever done a tasting menu, that's not too bad's[crosstalk 00:07:13] It's actually not bad at all.

DeniseTipton(06:53):That's a good price.

BrendanKing(07:14):But this compared withdistillery style cocktails and drinks and whiskeys and all that kind of stuff-

DeniseTipton(07:20):And entertainment.

BrendanKing(07:21):... and entertainment, don'tforget the snake charmers, acrobats, magicians, animatronic birds. That issomething they do mention. But here's all the information regardingreservations. I can guarantee you there's probably 70 different price points. We're not totally sure. But check it out. Click the link. Definitely gettickets. I will definitely be checking this out.

JackPalermo(07:40):Nevada residents get discounts.

DeniseTipton(07:40):I'm going.

BrendanKing(07:41):Oh, that's right. Goodinformation, Nevada residents, you do get a discount, but click the link.Definitely check it out. There's a discount?

David (07:49):45 bucks.

BrendanKing(07:49):If you live here, there'sdiscounts for locals all the time. [crosstalk 00:07:52]

DeniseTipton(07:52):Yeah. Show your ID, show yourID.

BrendanKing (07:54):Move here or move [crosstalk00:07:55]

DeniseTipton(07:54):Yeah, or move here. Yes, we'llhelp you find a house.

BrendanKing(07:57):So if anybody knows me,especially my wife, she's like, "Where are you today for lunch?" AndI'm usually at Ramen, I'm a huge Bramen fan. One of the best parts of Vegas isour food. And we have like 3,000 ramen options. We already had a little battlehere about the best ones, but I'll have to admit Eater, put one of my favoritesin the top three, but actually one of Caroline's favorites is also in the top21 as well. But what's this first one?

CarolineLauzon(08:25):Moko Ramen on CharlestonBoulevard is number one. I'll have to try that one. I haven't yet.

JackPalermo(08:30):Number two at 3400 South Jonesis Ramen Tatsu.

BrendanKing(08:34):Nice. That one looks reallygood, but I have to admit my favorite, number three, which only seats 12people. So it is a little frustrating, sometimes you can't get in, is MontaRamen. But literally in this list there are 21 options and 21, I don't even thinkit probably does it justice. Because the thing about each of these is the factthat they're unique and different. So I bet you in some way, all of them couldrank number one based on everybody's tastes and differences and options. [Giny00:09:01] has got a crazy big menu. I know Monta has gyoza. So if I'm reallyhungry, then I'm definitely adding on the gyoza and a little nitamago and alittle of that. [crosstalk 00:09:12]

DeniseTipton(09:13):Showing off, showing off.

BrendanKing(09:14):No, I just love... I'll eatramen for three meals a day if I have to, but then I would be 300 pounds. Yeah.

CarolineLauzon(09:21):They're just so good.

BrendanKing(09:23):Yeah. So sports, what's going onJack?

JackPalermo(09:25):Golden Knights. Their rally fellshort in OT at the loss to the Hurricanes recently. So-

BrendanKing(09:31):And this is a hard road scheduleright now.

JackPalermo(09:34):Hurricanes are the number one.Ranked number one right now, surprise.

BrendanKing(09:37):So, to get one point out insteadof three, they both, they get two. Vegas gets one. It's better than zero forsure. But they also won the last game against the Capitals. Another great team. And I think their whole rest of this on the road schedule is pretty hard.

JackPalermo(09:54):Pretty tough.

BrendanKing(09:55):Yeah. But definitely, come onKnights.

JackPalermo(10:00):They're coming on. Don't worry.I'm not worried. It's still early.

BrendanKing(10:01):We're good. We're good. We'redefinitely good.

JackPalermo(10:04):Still early.

BrendanKing(10:04):What else we got here?

JackPalermo(10:05):Next game, Florida Panthers. Andthen let's talk about Ben Roethlisberger officially announced his retirementafter 18 seasons with the Pittsburgh Steelers, two time Super Bowl champion andfuture Hall of Famer.

BrendanKing(10:17):How many people do something for18 years?

DeniseTipton(10:20):And how many [crosstalk00:10:21] people stay with one team for that long?

BrendanKing(10:20):As quarter back, right?

JackPalermo(10:20):For one team.

BrendanKing(10:26):And on one team and 18 seasons, that's just nuts.

JackPalermo(10:30):Insane.

BrendanKing(10:30): It's insane. And I think Davidmentioned something about the fact that he-

DeniseTipton(10:35):He brought them to the playoffsevery single time.

BrendanKing(10:35):He was in the playoff contentionevery single year. Every single season. [crosstalk 00:10:40]. Yeah. That'sinsane.

David (10:41):That's all you want, right?

CarolineLauzon(10:42):Amazing career.

DeniseTipton(10:43):That's all you want.

JackPalermo(10:43):Speaking of the NFL, big weekendlast weekend, but this weekend, championship weekend, Cincinnati Bengals versusthe Kansas City Chiefs, Sunday at noon. Who do we want to win, David?

DeniseTipton(10:56):The Bengals.

David (10:57):The Bengals.

BrendanKing(10:57):Yeah. If you haven't learnedyet, David is a Bengals fan. [crosstalk 00:11:01]

JackPalermo(11:01):And then we have the 49ersagainst the Rams at 3:30 on Sunday.

BrendanKing(11:06):I'll take the Rams on this one.

DeniseTipton(11:06):Rams.

BrendanKing(11:08):I'll take the Rams.

JackPalermo(11:08):I'll take the 9ers. I'll takethe 9ers.

DeniseTipton(11:08):Taking the Rams.

BrendanKing(11:09):All right. What are we betting?

JackPalermo(11:14):We'll have to talk about thatafter the show.

BrendanKing(11:14):Yeah. Yeah.

DeniseTipton(11:14):How about lunch at one of theramen places?

BrendanKing (11:15):Yeah.

JackPalermo(11:17):There we go.

BrendanKing(11:18):There we go.

JackPalermo(11:18):There we go.

BrendanKing(11:19):So this is actually really cool. This is something that's been in the works for many, many years. A lawsuitsettlement clears the way for the mountain bike park up at Lee Canyon. So Ithink my guess is due to also winter shortening a little, they've been pushingto get this Lee Canyon bike park done. Up in Brian Head that brought a ton ofextra traffic during the summer, activities for kids and all sorts of extrastuff. So I think this is going to be really good for Mount Charleston. Andwhat they've been able to do is actually preserve the life of this blue... Whatis it? Mount Charleston blue butterfly.

DeniseTipton(11:51):Mount Charleston blue butterfly.

BrendanKing(11:52):Yeah. It's nowhere else in theworld. Only in Mount Charleston, if you've ever seen it. It's actually really, really, really pretty. It's bright, bright blue. And they were able to actuallyhave about $250,000 pledge from the resort to UNLV for research on just thebutterfly alone. So they've been able to mix the two, the mountain biking andpreserving the habitat of the Mount Charleston blue butterfly.

JackPalermo(12:17):Say that fast three times.

BrendanKing(12:18):Mount Charleston blue butterfly,[crosstalk 00:12:19].

JackPalermo(12:19):Impressive, all most. All most.

BrendanKing(12:22):It's not going to happen. Soyeah, this is actually pretty cool. And honestly, another big move for LeeCanyon, which is still called Lee Canyon, right? They go back and forth, I keepforgetting. But they had a huge rehab on their lodge about two years ago, whichwas really, really pretty. And now this is just another next step to make itanother great place for Vegas, for sure.

DeniseTipton(12:43):Yeah. Season long.

CarolineLauzon(12:45):When it's too hot here tomountain bike, it'll be fun to have somewhere to go, July all these monthsto....

BrendanKing(12:49):Oh yeah.

CarolineLauzon(12:51):To enjoy the mountains.[crosstalk 00:12:52].

BrendanKing(12:51):Yeah, absolutely.

DeniseTipton(12:52):You take your mountain bike andyou pop on the lift?

BrendanKing(12:55):Yeah. Usually there's a lift foryour bike and there's a lift for you and the lift behind you is where your bikeis. Because it would be kind of weird if your bike was in front of you and thenyou're like, "Oh wait," [crosstalk 00:13:02] But yeah, there's a liftbehind you where usually the bike goes. Yeah. And then what's going on withBally's, Denise?

DeniseTipton(13:10):So Bally's is going to have acomplete and total redo, complete redo, which is really exciting. TheHorseshoe's been in Las Vegas for quite sometimes downtown and they used to bethe host for the World Series of Poker. So they're getting a complete redo.Yep. World Series is moving from the Rio to the Horseshoe, which is now on thestrip. And when I say complete redo, they're not just replacing their carpets, they're going to redo the front of the property, inside the property. So it'sgoing to be super exciting, including Ole Red, which is Blake Shelton's diningand entertainment experience. It's going to jut out from the face of theproperty, on closer to the street. So it looks really, really exciting.

JackPalermo(13:55):Cool.

BrendanKing(13:56):Nice. Yeah. We've talked aboutthat a little while back and I think that's taking the place of the Bazaar, right?

JackPalermo(14:01):Yeah, I think so. It looks likethey're going to knock down the Bazaar shops, but-

BrendanKing(14:03):I think or maybe it's going onthe corner there, but that looks like a really cool development as well. There's just too much going on. Can't-

JackPalermo(14:08):There's not enough going on.

BrendanKing(14:10):So from excitement to not soexciting, extremely serious is the quotes, because there's different levels ofshortage and different levels of height of the water of Lake Mead. And it's hitthe point for the first time ever on the Colorado River as officials looktoward a drier future. So what this means. That means now they have the rightfederally to start saying that certain people can't receive water in differentareas or their percentage is cut down. I guess there's goods and bads to...There's no goods. Actually, I take that back.

DeniseTipton(14:46):There's no good.

BrendanKing(14:46):Yeah. So I know California,Arizona, Las Vegas, lots of different areas definitely rely on this particularriver for water. Vegas actually just said that all new home developments can'thave any grass at all. So it used to be that you could have pocket parks andgrass in the back, but now there's no grass even allowed in the parks for eachof the new neighborhoods.

JackPalermo(15:12):Desert landscaping.

BrendanKing(15:13):Desert landscaping, get used topicking small little pebbles-

JackPalermo(15:18):Pebbles out of your shoes.

BrendanKing(15:20):... shoes. But honestlyunderstandable. Hey, you know what? As long as we can still build, buteventually I wouldn't be surprised if they limited that, just for the fact thatthere's not enough water, we'll see.

DeniseTipton(15:34):Well, Las Vegas doesn't actuallyuse as much as you would think.

BrendanKing(15:37):No, California.

DeniseTipton(15:37):California does and actuallyparts of Mexico do too. But the bottom part of California where The ImperialValley is, they use a lot for vegetation.

BrendanKing(15:46):Like where the agricultural areaand all that [crosstalk 00:15:48] What's the garlic area?

DeniseTipton(15:49):That's Gilroy, that's up north-

BrendanKing(15:50):Gilroy, that's north of it.

DeniseTipton(15:51):Yeah. But it is, so people inCalifornia have already been going under drought restrictions. And so they'reused to it right, where their water bill will jump a certain amount, like Ionly can take four showers a week.

BrendanKing(16:01):I was surprised when I movedhere, my water bill was cheaper here than it was in New Jersey. And New Jerseyit rains for like two weeks straight sometimes. And here we get... They getfour to 10 inches in a storm. We get, last year we had one and a half inches ofrain. So honestly I would be a fan if water prices went up just for the factthat then people would pay attention to what they're using.

DeniseTipton(16:20):Sure.

CarolineLauzon(16:20):Yeah.

DeniseTipton(16:20):Yeah, absolutely.

BrendanKing(16:21):And then I could tell mydaughter-

DeniseTipton(16:22):To get out of the shower.

BrendanKing(16:23):... To not take a 26 minuteshower every day. But if it cost me $10, then she'd be more likely maybe to nottake the shower. I don't know, who knows, but definitely a dire situation.Hopefully something comes whether it's mother nature or us cutting down that wecan get this to get back to normal levels. I remember, in a wave runner, seethat line where they don't let you go past, I remember going to that in a waverunner in 2001.

JackPalermo(16:53):The water was set high.

BrendanKing(16:54):And the water was where thetoilet, what are they called, the bathtub, sorry I-

DeniseTipton(16:57):The bathtub ring.

JackPalermo(16:59):The toilet?

BrendanKing(17:00):The bathtub ring. If it's yourtoilet, you better clean your toilet. So moving on from that though and now amore continued news is, so Jeremy Grantham predicts the U.S. 'super bubble'will pop, wiping out 35 trillion in stocks and housing. You know what, I thinkthere's some truth to some of this. We've had nothing but an equity bubble forover 10, 12 years, mostly from cheap money. Businesses, industries, mortgagerates, everything's so good, so good. So good can only be so good, so good forso long. Who knows?

DeniseTipton(17:34):Yeah. Bubbles pop.

BrendanKing(17:36):Yeah. So I think the main thingis, we were talking before stocks are crazy right now. Well not now, they havebeen for-

JackPalermo(17:43):Couple years.

BrendanKing(17:43):12 years. 12 years of up. Andthen we have a pandemic and what does it do?

DeniseTipton(17:48):Keeps going up.

BrendanKing(17:48):It goes up because of cheapmoney. So I think he has about, I think what is 11 key quotes within thisarticle? Feel free to check it out. Honestly, a lot of smart people involved inthis. Everything's worth taking into consideration is always my opinion.Somebody's opinion's right. We just don't know what happens until it happens.

JackPalermo(18:07):Yeah, that's right. We don'tknow.

BrendanKing(18:09):Like you have, "Cryptocurrencies leaving me increasingly feeling like the boy watching the nakedemperor passing in procession."

DeniseTipton(18:15):That's a funny one.

BrendanKing(18:17):That was his quote. But youknow, who knows with crypto? The other thing we don't know is people'spersonalities and their ability to do things on their phone that aren'tcontrolled anymore. It used to be controlled by a third parties, if you werelike, "Hey, I want a stock."

DeniseTipton(18:30):You call your broker.

BrendanKing(18:30):You couldn't pull out yourphone.

JackPalermo(18:31):Yeah. You couldn't.

BrendanKing(18:32):You had to call a guy who hasfriends and they do similar things because they all do it. Where now we can belike, "Yeah, let's buy a thousand shares of REAL and do it right now.

CarolineLauzon(18:43):Like, right now.

DeniseTipton(18:44):Yeah. Right now, let's do it.

BrendanKing(18:45):The control of that, there's nocontrol over that. And it's the same with crypto. I knew some people that soldsome homes and put it all into crypto, hopefully below 30,000. But we'll seewhat happens. Honestly, if we had a crystal ball, we'd all be Warren Buffetbecause he seems to have one. I would listen to the people you want to listento and do the things that you think you should.

DeniseTipton(19:05):Yeah. Do your research.

BrendanKing(19:05):Yeah. Do your research for sure. What do we got here?

CarolineLauzon(19:08):But in the meantime, Vegas seemsto be out pacing the U.S. again in their home prices. So Vegas' fast risinghouse prices yet again 25.7% year over year in November, compared to the restof the country at 18.8%. So we're way above and Phoenix seems to be the-

BrendanKing(19:32):I know, look at this on thechart, Phoenix is definitely leading the path.

CarolineLauzon(19:37):32.2%.

BrendanKing(19:39):Yeah. I think the maturity ofPhoenix lends toward that a little bit because Phoenix has been... Before Vegaswas a hotspot, Phoenix already was. And that was always like the sports Mecca, every athlete off season would live in Phoenix. So now we're starting to get alittle bit of that. Now that guys have some friends that live here that arealso athletes, but yeah. Sorry. Didn't mean to cut in there, yeah.

CarolineLauzon(19:58):Yeah. Vegas seems to be a verypopular place to be and the demand is high, so our prices are going up.

BrendanKing(20:05):Yeah. And I think in Charlotte, that must be like the east coast version of Vegas and Phoenix. That's myopinion there.

DeniseTipton(20:09):Yeah. I think so because it'snot too cold. It's not too humid. You've got the banks down there.

BrendanKing(20:14):Then Portland is like the peoplewho still want the green and the rain-

DeniseTipton(20:17):Yup, and the craft beer.

BrendanKing(20:19):... and all that stuff. Yeah.Craft beer for sure. The funny thing is all these places have great food andoh, North Carolina barbecue. Have you ever tried that?

JackPalermo(20:19):Oh my God, so good.

BrendanKing(20:27):It's the wet not the dry.

DeniseTipton(20:29):Yeah, it's good stuff.

BrendanKing(20:30):Anyway, this isn't aboutbarbecue, it's about home prices and on the home price side, every Monday, ifyou do want the Monday market update, of course we do it every Monday. You cancheck out the website and or you can text us Market to 702-553-1955,702-553-1955, just text Market. And we'll text that to you every single weekwith a video and the information. But based on the last couple articles, whoknows? What we've seen, let's talk about what we've seen, kind of comparingthat to the article. We've seen numbers go down. We're at 1,891 this week. Lastweek we were at 2,057 at a time of year when normally the inventory goes up. Socrystal ball, who knows, all I know is interest rates are still low and thedemand is still high here for sure.

DeniseTipton(21:22):Knock on wood.

BrendanKing(21:23):For sure. And you know whatthough? Market changes bring opportunity.

DeniseTipton(21:26):Absolutely. [crosstalk00:21:27].

BrendanKing(21:27):Market goes down then whoever'sgot the opportunity-

DeniseTipton(21:29):Or is poised to move. Let's go.

BrendanKing(21:30):... they can move to those-

CarolineLauzon(21:32):Good for buyers. [crosstalk00:21:32] sellers for so long then.

BrendanKing(21:34):Yeah. It's been yeah, sellershave been killing it for quite a while. So we're due for some change or atleast a shifting of neutrality. Speaking of homes though, we did get one undercontract and this is along the same lines of demand. We put it on, on aThursday or Friday. And we had 31 offers by Monday and my eyes were crossed. Sowe had to make a spreadsheet for our client just so that they could make somesense out of the information. And we ended up going 30 or $40,000 over list-

DeniseTipton(21:34):Think about 40.

BrendanKing(22:03):I think it was 40. With a waiveof appraisal or at least appraisal difference that was pretty massive. So thisis what's going on right now. This is exactly what we're seeing on especiallyhomes under 450. I would say under, maybe under five, probably under five, butwhat else we got Jack?

JackPalermo(22:21):Just sold 3125, North Buffalo, unit 2066. Really nice client. First time home buyer, young girl got her intoher first place. She couldn't be more excited in Desert Shores. It's one ofthose communities where there's no rentals, which is great. So everybody ownstheir place, not allowed to rent in there and she couldn't be happier. So it'sgood stuff.

BrendanKing(22:42):That's awesome. Awesome move.Good move. And then of course we have a new listing, honestly the sweetestclients in the world. This is 5709 Oak Bend drive, 675,000, four bed, three anda half bath, 2,573 square feet. This is a [polty 00:23:02] model, honestly, in[amaro 00:23:04], which is in The Mesa's, this is a very popular model. They dohave a community park and pool, which is actually bordered by 50 miles ofhiking and biking trails. And everyone in the neighborhood gets a key to thecanyon. [crosstalk 00:23:18] How crazy is that?

JackPalermo(23:20):That's pretty cool.

BrendanKing(23:20):But yeah, it's a great area.Unfortunately you'd have to be my neighbor, but we're always looking for newneighbors of course, but yeah, 5709 Oak Bend. Awesome couple they're moving tobe with their kids in Austin, Texas.

JackPalermo(23:35):Nice.

BrendanKing(23:35):Yeah. Which is cool. You knowwhat though, every single listing, we typically do something called aMatterport. So a cool thing about a Matterport is it's a 3D rendering of thehome. So you can actually scan the property and it turns it into this 3Drendering. Hey David, let's jump in. Click the little man.

David (23:54):All right.

BrendanKing(23:56):So we're actually able to, onall of our listings, if you go even on our website, you can always scan to thebottom or scroll to the bottom and you'll be able to look through the propertyon the Matterport. Our clients like fun colors, obviously that's the fun thing,is every house is unique for everybody, but so you can step through theproperty. There's even a way to put this into your 3D goggles and look at eachof those.

DeniseTipton(24:23):Also like if you have VR.

BrendanKing(24:23):Yeah. If you have VR, you canput it on. And like David, show me the ceiling, look up. See, and if you havegoggles on, you can actually look up and look around and see it in full 360 inthe goggles.

DeniseTipton(24:36):Oh, that's cool.

BrendanKing(24:36):So this version is just thecomputer kind of click through version. And then the cool thing about thishouse is the fact that there is a double loft. So I almost bought this floorplan for this fact, so we can run upstairs and-

DeniseTipton(24:53):Wow, that's fast.

JackPalermo(24:53):Run David.

DeniseTipton(24:54):Whoa. Not so fast.

BrendanKing(24:55):And here we have a double loft.So again, you're able to see a lot of detail on these and another cool thing isyou're actually able to measure the walls and see where your furniture fits andwhat the size is. So there's a little tool and then you click on themeasurement tool. And then you hit plus, then you hit the plus there. And thenif you click all the way in the corner.

David (25:18):Yeah.

DeniseTipton(25:19):Oh, I see that is awesome.

BrendanKing(25:20):And then you can drag it along. You can see what the actual length is of the wall.

David (25:24):So cool.

BrendanKing(25:25):And it's actually accurate, it'swithin millimeters or centimeters, I forget. [crosstalk 00:25:30] I think thisversion's within centimeters and then there's a doll house version. So if youclick in the bottom up, that one, next one, there you go. And then you canactually see where the house actually is situated. So you're like, "Oh,I'm not really sure where that room is?" You can spin and check it out andgive it a fast spin just for fun.

DeniseTipton(25:52):No, it's not. So this house hasa bedroom downstairs, a master downstairs?

BrendanKing(25:55):This one has a downstairsmaster, upstairs junior suite. And yeah, it's a cool, cool property.

DeniseTipton(26:03):Call layout.

BrendanKing(26:05):Matterport is super cool. Thisis something that we do on every single one of our listings. Look at that.Cool. Yeah, but don't forget about checking out 5709 Oak Bend drive thisweekend, Friday, Saturday, and Sunday.

JackPalermo(26:20):Open house.

BrendanKing(26:22):Yeah, open house.

DeniseTipton(26:23):Open houses, come on by.[crosstalk 00:26:24]

BrendanKing(26:23):So open house Friday three toseven.

JackPalermo(26:25):Me and Denise.

BrendanKing(26:26):Yep. Saturday 11 to three-

JackPalermo(26:29):Me and Caroline, woo-hoo.

BrendanKing(26:31):And then Sunday, 11 to threewith Carly and Linda, who are actually two of our newer agents, which is fun. It'll be their first open house, but yeah, definitely check it out. So the timehas come.

JackPalermo(26:44):We played this in our meetingthe other day.

BrendanKing(26:47):We did. We did kind of agroup... I'm sitting on my phone and someone's trying to call me right now.

DeniseTipton(26:52):How does that feel?

BrendanKing(26:55):And we did this in our meetingthe other day. It was pretty fun. So we decided there's a little trend right nowcalled Wordle and we've decided let's-

JackPalermo(27:04):Let's play Wordle.

DeniseTipton(27:04):Let's give it a shot.

BrendanKing(27:07):Let's do it live.

DeniseTipton(27:07):Let's do it.

BrendanKing(27:08):So we're going to do it live. SoDavid's going to switch over to the computer and wish us luck. Don't giveanything away. What are we going to start with here Jack?

JackPalermo(27:18):Let's start with the word Slack.

BrendanKing(27:21):That's our favorite tool atwork, so we need this to help-

JackPalermo(27:23):That's right, it's how wecommunicate.

BrendanKing(27:24):Drum roll. [crosstalk 00:27:29]All right. Let's say, so no S, no L, no A, no C, no K. Break? No, okay.

DeniseTipton(27:37):No, no. Let's not do that.Because it's got a K in it and a A in it.

BrendanKing(27:37):Broke. B-R-O-K, no can't do K.

DeniseTipton(27:39):B-R-O-K-E. No, no, don't dothat. Don't do that. How about. Not party.

BrendanKing(27:47):Bends?

JackPalermo(27:48):Bends, I like that.

BrendanKing(27:49):B-E-N-D-S.

DeniseTipton(27:50):Yeah, yeah. Yeah. Nice. Nice.

JackPalermo(27:51):Like Oak Bend.

DeniseTipton(27:52):Yeah. Like Oak Bends. Nice.

BrendanKing(27:54):Yeah, oh, we can't do S.

DeniseTipton(27:55):Shoot. Okay. Well, we got anend.

JackPalermo(27:55):End.

BrendanKing(27:57):We got an end.

DeniseTipton(27:57):It says end's in theresomewhere.

CarolineLauzon(27:58):What's yellow.

DeniseTipton(27:59):Yellow means it's a word-

BrendanKing(28:01):It can go anywhere.

DeniseTipton(28:01):... with a letter, it's just notin that spot.

BrendanKing(28:01):Not there, anywhere but there.

DeniseTipton(28:04):But N is in the next word or theword.

BrendanKing(28:08):[inaudible 00:28:08].

DeniseTipton(28:09):We don't want do noodle.

David (28:09):Yesterday, you got it. Come on.

DeniseTipton(28:09):I know, we don't want to donoodle-

JackPalermo(28:09):

Wegot it guys.

DeniseTipton(28:12):... because noodle has two O's.

BrendanKing(28:14):And a D.

DeniseTipton(28:14):And a D, right? How about...

CarolineLauzon(28:18):How about front?

BrendanKing(28:18):Front?

CarolineLauzon(28:18):F-R-O-N-T.

DeniseTipton(28:21):F-R-O-N-T. I like it.

BrendanKing(28:23):Yes. Good one. Good one, goodone.

DeniseTipton(28:24):Let's try it, let's try it.[crosstalk 00:28:25] And it's here where they need to be. [crosstalk 00:28:31]Yep. Yep.

BrendanKing(28:24):So...

DeniseTipton(28:34):Oh, wow. [crosstalk 00:28:35]

BrendanKing(28:36):Shoot.

DeniseTipton(28:37):This is so exciting. [crosstalk00:28:38] They're like, wow.

JackPalermo(28:39):There is Trivia, too young.

DeniseTipton(28:42):I know. [crosstalk 00:28:43] N,T. O and an N and a T. Okay. Okay. Let's see here.

CarolineLauzon(28:48):The O will be-

DeniseTipton(28:48):The O will be some place.

BrendanKing(28:49):Each day later in the weeks getsharder. So Thursday is-

DeniseTipton(28:52):And you have to work prettyhard.

BrendanKing(28:52):... the fourth hardest one.

DeniseTipton(28:53):So O is probably going to be atthe front or the second, right?

David (28:56):The second.

BrendanKing(28:56):Yeah.

DeniseTipton(28:57):Okay. Probably the second place.So it's no B.

BrendanKing(29:01):Come on. Come on. What do wegot? What do we got? O...

David (29:02):H.

DeniseTipton(29:07):No L's.

BrendanKing(29:07):Or not. O...

CarolineLauzon(29:07):The O as to be-

DeniseTipton(29:11):Donut? No. No.

BrendanKing(29:14):[inaudible 00:29:14] No C, darnit. A, B.

CarolineLauzon(29:18):Point.

DeniseTipton(29:20):Yeah, no, no, no, because-

CarolineLauzon (29:21):I-N-T.

DeniseTipton (29:21):Yes. Try it. [crosstalk00:29:22] Maybe that's it. That's yes. [crosstalk 00:29:26] We got... No, wegot O and then a T. Okay. It's okay. It's close.

BrendanKing (29:31):We got this.

DeniseTipton (29:31):All right.

David (29:31):H-O-B-O?

DeniseTipton (29:35):Oh man.

BrendanKing (29:38):Hold on. [inaudible 00:29:39]What do we got? What do we got? What do we got? A, B, C, D.

CarolineLauzon (29:44):I don't even speak English[crosstalk 00:29:45].

DeniseTipton (29:47):But you got us three letters. You're doing better than all of us.

BrendanKing (29:50):Quote, wait.

DeniseTipton (29:50):Wait. No, no, no, no, no,absolutely not.

BrendanKing (29:53):I can't see the N, sorry.

DeniseTipton (29:54):No. Yeah. Yeah. So there's O, N andT there's something. So...

David (29:58):G, O?

CarolineLauzon(29:59):What about count?

DeniseTipton(30:01):C-O-U-N-T. Oh my gosh.

BrendanKing(30:03):No. No.

DeniseTipton(30:03):Why not?

BrendanKing(30:04):C, because the C.

DeniseTipton(30:04):Why not?

CarolineLauzon(30:05):The C.

DeniseTipton(30:05):Oh yeah. Yeah. Okay. How about?

CarolineLauzon(30:06):Is there something instead ofthe C?

DeniseTipton(30:08):Okay, hold on, take it off. Letme think.

David (30:10):Mount?

JackPalermo(30:11):Mount.

CarolineLauzon(30:11):Mount.

BrendanKing(30:12):Mount.

DeniseTipton(30:12):Mount. [crosstalk 00:30:15]

BrendanKing(30:25):Actually, I think we got up thesame as last time.

DeniseTipton(30:28):No, no. We were three last time.[crosstalk 00:30:29].

CarolineLauzon(30:29):Yeah, because it was a easierday. [crosstalk 00:30:30].

DeniseTipton(30:31):Yeah. It was an easier day.

BrendanKing(30:32):Guys. How long did that take us?Three minutes and 45, 47 seconds?

DeniseTipton(30:37):[crosstalk 00:30:37] Felt like ittook forever.

BrendanKing(30:38):Oh, no. I thought it...

David (30:39):No, I thought it did too.[crosstalk 00:30:40].

DeniseTipton(30:40):Notice the next Wordle is in 10hours. [crosstalk 00:30:43] 10 hours.
