Brendan King (00:08): Hey, what's going on everybody? It's Brendan King from The Brendan King Group at Simply Vegas and this is your Monday Market Update for September 2nd through September 8th. Let's check out the data.

Brendan King (00:20): So as it's been kind of carrying along, 100% of list price on average was received. So that's equal t olast week. Average days on market is hovering around 18 days, which is a little bit up from last week of 15. And then the weeks supply, we've actually gone up from 2.9 last week to four weeks of supply.

Brendan King (00:43): Again, what does this mean? Right now, we're kind of just hovering around the same market. Like I said, the weeks supply, jumping around, two weeks, three weeks, four weeks. It's just going to keep doing that throughout these next few months. And we'll probably start to see the inventory tick up a little bit due to the holidays as we reach October, but in the end, it's still a seller's market. And of course, buyers just have a couple more options right now.

Brendan King (01:13): Moving forward, so the average inventory, I should say new inventory, was 263 homes compared to 283 last week. And we had active listings of 2,394. Weekly sales, we're at 594 sales compared to last week of 878. And under contract, 522 homes compared to 608 last week. Average weekly sales price was $500,357, and the most expensive home sold was$6,045,000. Again, it's just more of the same right now.
